1-on-1 In-Person Training


1-on-1, In-Person training, limited to 10 clients, Clients train a minimum of 3 days per week, a maximum of 5 days depending on individual goals. Together we will monitor improvements in performance, nutrition, and body composition to create the best version of yourself possible with a completely individualized program! Requires a 6 month commitment and an upfront fee of $6,000 or $10,000 with a 12 month commitment.
